Tenant screening is a process that includes background checks on a
potential renter. It typically includes a credit report, eviction history, and
criminal background check. This helps landlords determine whether a renter is a good fit for their property.
How much does it cost for a renter to use the platform?
Renters are charged a one-time fee of SIOO for the tenant screening process. This fee covers the background check and access to property listings that match the renter’s criteria.
How long is the tenant screening report valid?
The tenant screening report is valid for 21 days. After this period, renters will need to refresh their report to view updated listings.
Are landlords charged to list properties?
No, landlords and property managers can list properties on the platform for free. They will also receive pre-approved tenant leads that match their requirements.
Can I see listings that support Housing Choice Voucher or VASH?
Yes, our platform allows renters to filter listings that support Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) or VASH, ensuring that you only view properties that accept these programs.
