We do not share tenants’ background check results or personal screening information with landlords or property managers. All matching is done within the system, and only suitable listings are displayed to tenants based on their profile and background check results.

Landlords will not have direct access to the details of the background checks. The system will handle the matching of tenants to listings internally based on screening results, ensuring that landlords only receive pre-screened, suitable tenant profiles without being privy to sensitive personal information such as credit scores or criminal records.
All data is handled in compliance with relevant privacy laws, including the FCRA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
