Apartment One Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Apartment One Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Apartment One (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these terms.
1. Program Overview
The Program allows individuals and professionals to earn compensation by referring:
“Tenants“: who complete a paid screening.
“Landlords/Property Managers“: who list properties and are matched with tenants, unlocking qualified leads for referring realtors/agents.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- You must provide accurate, complete information during signup.
- Approval into the Program is at the sole discretion of Apartment One. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without obligation to justify.
3. Affiliate Types
A. Referral Partner (Tenant Affiliate)
- Earn $10 USD for each tenant you refer who completes a paid screening.
- You will receive a unique referral link to track and manage your referrals.
B. Partner Agent (Realtor/Landlord Affiliate)
- Refer landlords or property managers to list properties.
- When those listings receive matches and tenant applications, you receive access to high-quality tenant leads (contact details of matched applicants).
- The more properties your referred landlords list, the more matched leads you receive.
4. Compensation and Payment
- Payouts are made monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of each month.
- Payments are processed via [Bank Transfer / PayPal / Stripe] — method must be selected and verified in your affiliate account.
- You must have a minimum of $50 USD in earnings to trigger a payout.
- You are responsible for any taxes due on affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction.
5. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked via cookies and your unique affiliate link.
- Cookie duration is 30 days — if the user does not complete screening within 30 days, no referral credit is granted.
- Self-referrals are not allowed and will result in termination from the Program.
6. Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:- Misleading, false, or deceptive promotion of Apartment One.
- Use of spam (email, SMS, bots, etc.) to generate referrals.
- Offering unauthorized incentives to users for signing up or paying.
- Sharing referral links in coupon or deal-sharing sites without permission.
- Falsifying screening activity or user identities.
7. Brand Use & Representation
- You may only use Apartment One branding as provided in your affiliate materials.
- You may not present yourself as an employee or representative of Apartment One.
- Do not modify Apartment One graphics, logos, or trademarks without permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for:- Violation of these terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Misrepresentation of Apartment One or its services.

Apartment One shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. We make no guarantees regarding your ability to earn income.10. Amendments
We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Affiliates will be notified of significant updates via email or dashboard notification.11. Governing Law
